- Obtain proposals and assist in supervision of contractors
- Assist Board in developing and achieving long term financial plan for community

- Various property inspection options to fit your community and budget
CORRESPONDENCE
- Prepare and monitor work orders and emergency response
- Proactive communication approach to keep owners informed and involved
BANK ACCOUNTS
- Administration and reconciliation of all bank accounts
COLLECT ASSESSMENTS
- Payments processed through Lock Box at bank, online or by Credit Card
- Assist in the collection of delinquent accounts
PAY INVOICES
- Pay Association’s bills in accordance with Board policy and based on budgeted expenses
REPORTING
- Monthly Financial statements and supplemental documents available online for Board viewing anytime
BUDGET
- Develop operating budget with the Board – based on pending contract amounts and proposed assessment income
